Providing support towards the end of pregnancy, after birth, or wherever you are in postpartum. Sessions are one hour long online, where you and I can talk, discuss, plan, celebrate, and reflect on whatever is on your mind. A space to feel heard and seen and work through strategies to support you through postpartum and parenthood.
You will receive a follow-up email with a personalized plan and resources to support your needs.
This service is for:
Those who enjoy a more informal approach to postpartum planning, voicing concerns/ anxiety.
Have good network of support but desire guidance around particular areas of postpartum.
Desire connection and vulnerability with a professional and mother (me!)
Investment: $115 for 1 hour session or 3 sessions for $300 + GST

Personalized online sessions tailored to help replenish nutrient stores, repair depletion from pregnancy, and nourish your body to meet the demands of parenthood.
Nutrition consultations are completely personalized to meet your needs:
Guidance on nutrient needs for postpartum recovery and breast/chestfeeding
Review of current symptoms to prioritize nutritional intake
Customized action plan and meal plan aligned with the reality of your lifestyle and goals that’s sustainable
This service is best for:
Parents, pregnant and postpartum folks, and their families
Those who want to increase or sustain an adequate milk supply
Healing from nutritional deficiencies from pregnancy
Those who want more sustained energy with a focus on whole foods
Investment: $115 plus GST or 1 hour session online
Follow-up: $75 plus GST for 1 hour session online

A supportive container to hold you through the last weeks of pregnancy through to 10 weeks postpartum.
Two (2), 1-hour virtual or in-home sessions for sharing, planning, and troubleshooting during the last weeks of pregnancy. Whatever is showing up for you at the time will direct these sessions
Six (6) 4-hour in-home sessions offering hands-on support- bottle feeding assistance, lactation support, baby care, food preparation, sibling care, emotional support, resources connection, newborn troubleshooting, partner support, and more.
Continuous text communication from booking through to the final session together.
This service is best for parents:
Looking for continuous, steady, grounding wrap-around in-home care and text support check-ins
Twin families or families with multiple children
Low support families
Parents at risk of postpartum mental health struggles
Single parents
Returning to work shortly after birth
Investment: $2500 plus GST
4-hour in-home sessions are only available from 10 am to 2 pm

Baby-focused care during nighttime hours so new parents can sleep.
Nighttime offerings include:
1 hour ‘closing duties’ of the home: starting dishwasher, wiping surfaces, light tidy
Prioritizing all baby care: diapering, feeding, burping, holding, soothing, facilitating sleep for the infant
Sanitizing pump parts and bottles
Facilitating breast/chestfeeding by bringing the baby to the parent if requested
Preparing pumping equipment, midnight snacks, chatting, and processing with birth parent while feeding or pumping if desired
Text summary charting of the infant’s night schedule of activities and sleep
This service is best for parents:
Requiring recovery, rest, and relaxation
With more than one child/ twins/multiples
Requiring the most support at night
Bottle-fed babies
Single parents
Recovering from Caesarian/ challenging births
Investment: $450 plus GST
Hours of care: 9 pm to 6 am

Nurturing home visits are rooted in your needs, depending on the day. Care is rooted in nonjudgmental emotional, physical, and practical support, whatever that looks and feels like to you.
Offerings include:
Baby care: changing, feeding, bathing, holding, fostering sleep
Meal and snack prep and guidance on nourishing foods for healing
Light home care: laundry, sweeping, cleaning surfaces, tidying
Birth processing and holding space for the waves of emotion and feelings in postpartum
Sibling and partner care
Lactation/ feeding support
Education and sharing of local resources
Preparing for postpartum, community building, and outsourcing support from friends and family
This service is best for parents:
Desiring in-home support and company during the day
Needing support beyond baby care, food support, for instance
Who like to chat and verbally process feelings and experiences
With more than one child
With twins or multiples
Investment: $200 plus GST for 5 hour in home session during daytime hours (7 am to 5 pm)
